Built Under Licence From YAMATO as a version of their very successful DCZ series of machine.   The DCZ series overlockers are double straight-needle, super high speed over-locking sewing machines. These machines are suitable for over-edging light to medium weight knitted or woven fabrics and are equipped with a solid presser foot and double-row differential feed dog accompanied with super high speed operation of 6000 stitches per minute. This makes them ideal for work environment where quality, performance and production are all important. The enclosed lubrication system operates using a force-fed gear pump. The oil lines from the pump direct the lubricant to the main moving parts and on return, the oil is efficiently recycled, filtered  and pumped back into the system.   CE & TUV Certified
